Yes! All sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant technology. This allows you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home, making it more convenient and flexible for your schedule.

4. Is therapy confidential?
Yes, all therapy sessions are completely confidential. I follow strict confidentiality guidelines to ensure your privacy is protected. The only exception is if there is a concern for safety or legal requirements, which we will discuss with you beforehand.

5. How do I know if therapy is right for me?
